Jamestown was developed on a 10 1/2-acre infill site surrounded by other residential areas and neighborhood amenities.
Six different home styles were offered. All homes were designed for one floor living. The "modified saltbox" model has first floor master bedroom suites to complement the variety of open floor plans. These 1300 square foot homes also feature a second floor loft which can be customized, if preferred, to accommodate a variety of lifestyle needs and wishes. The one floor "ranch" style home measures 1200 square feet.
